Our brief was to greatly enhance the site’s presentation and ease of use, significantly improve search and completely redesign the web forms and payment solution that handled online donation, animal adoption and membership. Through careful planning and a business-focused approach, we successfully delivered a significantly enhanced website that had an immediate impact on visitor numbers and income generation through online sales.
